1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Colombia Trips Co. ("the Service"), creating an account, or purchasing any package, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Colombia Trips Co. LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
2. Our Service
Colombia Trips Co. is a travel concierge information platform that provides:
- Curated destination guides, hotel and restaurant recommendations for Colombia
- A vetted healthcare and medical provider directory for Colombia
- Access to exclusive partner deals negotiated through our local network
- 24/7 live support and an AI-powered Q&A chatbot
- Hidden destination guides and off-the-beaten-path recommendations
Colombia Trips Co. is not a licensed travel agency, tour operator, medical provider, insurance company, or booking platform. We provide information, referrals, and concierge support — not direct bookings or medical care.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
To use Colombia Trips Co. you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a legal resident or citizen of the United States
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Maintain the security of your account password
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Colombia Trips Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Packages & Payment
Package Tiers
Colombia Trips Co. offers three membership tiers:
- Explorer — $50 one-time fee, lifetime access
- Adventure — $150 one-time fee, lifetime access
- Elite Concierge — $250 one-time fee, lifetime access
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a package, you authorize Colombia Trips Co. to charge the applicable one-time fee to your payment method. All prices are in US Dollars.
Lifetime Access
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as Colombia Trips Co. operates the platform. Colombia Trips Co. reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice to members.
Upgrades
You may upgrade your package at any time by paying the price difference between your current tier and the desired tier. Contact us at hello@colombiatrips.com to upgrade.
5. Refund Policy
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Colombia Trips Co. package for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date for a full refund. No questions asked.
After 7 days from the date of purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If you experience any issues with our service after the 7-day period, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
To request a refund, email hello@colombiatrips.com with your account email and purchase date within 7 days of purchase.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Colombia Trips Co. to:
- Share your account credentials or membership access with others
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from our platform
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems
- Post false reviews or misrepresent your experience
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or threaten our team or other members
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Healthcare Disclaimer
Important: Colombia Trips Co. provides healthcare provider referrals as a concierge information service only. We are not a licensed medical provider, healthcare organization, or insurance company.
Our healthcare directory contains referrals to third-party providers based on personal relationships and vetting by our team. By using our healthcare referrals, you acknowledge that:
- Colombia Trips Co. does not employ, supervise, or control any healthcare provider in our network
- Member discounts vary by provider and are not guaranteed
- We make no representations regarding the quality, safety, or outcomes of any medical treatment
- All medical decisions should be made in consultation with licensed healthcare professionals
- Colombia Trips Co. is not liable for any medical outcomes resulting from use of our network referrals
You use our healthcare referrals entirely at your own risk and discretion.
8. Safety Disclaimer
Colombia Trips Co. provides safety guidance and travel tips as general informational resources to help members navigate their trip more comfortably. By using our safety information, you acknowledge that:
- We do not guarantee personal safety during travel to Colombia or any other destination
- Safety conditions can change rapidly and our guidance may not reflect the most current conditions
- Travelers are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions while abroad
- We strongly recommend consulting the U.S. Department of State travel advisories before traveling
Colombia Trips Co. is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage occurring during your travels, regardless of whether you relied on our safety guidance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colombia Trips Co. LLC, its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages resulting from your travel to Colombia or use of our network referrals
- Any actions or omissions of third-party hotels, restaurants, healthcare providers, or other partners in our network
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your package.
10. Termination
Colombia Trips Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting hello@colombiatrips.com. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund outside of the 7-day satisfaction guarantee window.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Colombia Trips Co. shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Seminole County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
